Corporate Sales Executive - Life Insurance
Job Description
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell health, group insurance and employee benefits solutions to organizations and businesses (B2B).
- Responsible for identifying new accounts and comfortable with cold calls and sales presentation
- To identify and cultivate potential leads within targeted industries, geographies, and client segments.
- Curate an organized and shared network of active and potential relationships-Drive revenue and contribution to meeting divisional targets.
- Manage assigned accounts to maintain excellent client relationship and to up-sell new business solutions
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. - Conduct needs analysis of businesses and propose the suitable protection plan
Pre-qualifies and analyses prospective business clients on general insurance business. - Responsible for existing client account review and renewal process including client contact, re-marketing and proposals.
- Actively seeks referrals from current clients and utilizes internal database to generate new businesses
Actively develop relationship and business with new prospect. - Informs and educates clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions and insurance needs
Prepares, complete and submit applications including development of summaries, proposals and provides technical advice. - Reviews policies and all documentation for accuracy and quality standards.
- Coordinates with various operations department such as underwriting/claims department.
- Cross-sells additional business services and refers clients to personal and financial services teams.
- Manages non-renewals and cancellation requests to retain business where appropriate
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
Job Requirements
- Degree with strong Sales Experience (3-5 years) with high execution orientation in any industry.
- Strong customer service focus with a highly professional attitude and approach to business.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset, visionary, and persistence. Being able to think beyond status quo.
- Persuasive and able to convey ideas, plus negotiation and influencing skills.
- Able to handle conflicts and self-motivated in difficult situations.
- Displays high learning orientation and likes to innovate to achieve goals.
- Experience in financial/insurance industry will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command in English and Burmese, both verbal and written.
- Insurance license holder preferred.
